The mortar tensile testing machine adopts an electromechanical integrated design, mainly composed of force sensors, servo drivers, microprocessors, computers, and color inkjet printers. The high-precision servo speed regulating motor can be set with a stepless test speed. All integrated components are connected through plug-in connections. The floor standing model has fully considered the principles of modern industrial design and ergonomics in its design and coating.

1. Raise the sample under standard test conditions for 13 days, apply high-strength adhesive such as epoxy resin on the surface of the sample, align the upper fixture on the adhesive, and ensure that the upper fixture does not tilt. Continue curing for 24 hours.


2. Test the tensile strength of the station structure.


3. Insert the steel cushion plate onto the base mortar block, install the tensile bonding strength fixture onto the testing machine, place the sample in the tensile fixture, and connect the fixture to the testing machine using a ball joint movable connection.


4. Set operating parameters.


5. If the failure surface during the test is located inside the inspected mortar, it is considered as the load value at effective failure. If the destructive mode is a tensile fixture or adhesive failure, the test results are invalid.


Software Function Introduction:
