The standard furnace type is a hinged single door, which can be opened to the left or right, and the furnace bed is fixed. As an optional option, the furnace bed can be designed in a trolley style, pulling out the furnace along the track. This unique design allows for the loading of samples using vertical lifting equipment. The furnace bed is a lifting structure, and the furnace door needs to be fixed on the side.

The heating element can be designed with three zone temperature control, which can meet applications with high requirements for temperature uniformity.

For requirements such as AMS 2750F, circulating fans can be optionally equipped.

The furnace insulation structure adopts insulation materials with low heat storage capacity, while the loading area such as the furnace bed adopts strong and high-strength refractory materials. The surface of the furnace is covered with silicon carbide plates, which play a role in wear resistance.
