Staphylococcus aureus is an improved product of the ready to use PCR kit, containing Taq DNA polymerase dNTPs、MgCl2、 All the components required for PCR, such as reaction buffer, PCR enhancer, loading dye, etc., can be added by users with templates and primers for PCR reaction, which has a wide range of applications.
Staphylococcus aureusTechnical features:
Accurate and reliable, with clinical double-blind controlled trials involving over 1000 cases, the results are comparable to the gold standard sequencing method, and the accuracy of the results is greater than 99%.
High sensitivity: capable of detecting human genomic DNA as low as 10ng.
Quick: The entire testing process only takes 3 hours.
Simplicity: The reagent kit provides pre mixed reagents, making system configuration and operation easy.
Prevent pollution.
High specificity: Composed of dual specificity to ensure the specificity and accuracy of detection results, primers must be paired with DNA complementary strands for extension. The probe specificity pairs with the PCR product of the detected gene, producing fluorescence during extension.

Usage:
Note: All reagents need to be thawed before use, mixed evenly, and centrifuged at 6000rpm for a few seconds before use.
1. Sample processing (sample processing area)
The nucleic acid extraction of the test sample can be carried out using virus RNA extraction kits or automated nucleic acid extraction machines. Please refer to the relevant instructions for specific extraction methods; Positive and negative quality control products do not require extraction and can be used directly.
2. Preparation of amplification reagents (pre PCR preparation area)
Take N (N=negative control sample+test sample+positive control sample) PCR reaction tubes, and add 19 μ l of FMD RT-PCR reaction solution and 1 μ l of RT-PCR enzyme to each tube respectively (the total amount of N+1 FMD RT-PCR reaction solution and RT-PCR enzyme required can also be calculated based on the dosage per tube, and the two are mixed and centrifuged, and then divided into 20 μ l tubes for a single PCR reaction tube).
Each component requires 19 μ l of FMD RT-PCR reaction solution and RT-PCR enzyme.
1. Centrifuge all PCR reaction tubes at 6000rpm for 30 seconds and transfer them to the sample processing area.
2. Sample addition (sample processing area)
3. Add 5 μ l of RNA extract, 5 μ l of negative control sample, and 5 μ l of positive control sample to the PCR reaction tube mentioned above. Cover the tube tightly and centrifuge at 6000rpm for 10 seconds before transferring to the amplification zone.
