The standard temperature box (closed-loop temperature box) structure is compact and cost-effective, making it an ideal testing equipment for precision production testing, research and development work, and standard testing laboratories. It complies with Chinese standards (GB4716-2005, GB4715-2005) and European and British quality standards (European EN54-5, European EN54-7, European EN14604, and British BS5446-2), and is equipped with a dedicated cooling system.

The closed-loop temperature chamber has a compact structure and high cost-effectiveness, making it an ideal testing equipment for precision production testing, research and development work, and standard testing laboratories. It complies with Chinese standards (GB4716-2005, GB4715-2005) and European and British quality standards (European EN54-5, European EN54-7, European EN14604, and British BS5446-2), and is equipped with a dedicated cooling system.

From the appearance, the temperature box has a total length of 3.8m, a width of 0.7m, and a height of 1.6m. The width and height of the testing section are 300mm and 300mm respectively. The design of the temperature box conforms to the characteristics of aerodynamics and can maintain normal and undisturbed operation under airflow between 0.5m/s and 1.0m/s.

When detecting temperature, an airflow velocity sensor with real-time display of airflow velocity can be included as one of the options. If the airflow velocity sensor is not installed, use a flow meter installed on the main fan motor according to the standard to measure.

The standard temperature chamber includes a 6kw single-phase heater that can achieve a heating rate of 30K per minute, and they can be detected as Class C in EN54-5. There is an insulation layer in the middle of the temperature sensing box, which can keep the temperature warm and measure it when the temperature rises or falls, in order to achieve the testing effect in the rapid heat spread test. The insulation layer reduces the height and width of the detection area by 30mm. The temperature sensing box is equipped with a thermocouple temperature sensor, including a fast sensor in the detection area.

From the perspective of operation, the use of the incubator is extremely convenient and easy to understand. The temperature chamber can be monitored by a computer with XP or Vista system, connected to the computer using a PCI multifunctional card that can provide analog signals and data input/output. The main control box contains interfaces and electronic control devices. The software equipped with the incubator is easy to use, and operators can operate it proficiently after simple training. It also provides program functions for flexible configuration. The detection will adopt automatic operation and sensitive display of alarm critical points. During detection, when all detectors enter the alarm state, the temperature chamber will be automatically cleaned and cooled, and the results will be displayed and recorded in the document.

1、 Performance and characteristics of closed-loop temperature box

The closed-loop temperature box is a device developed by the National Fire Electronic Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of China based on the GB4716-2005 "Point type Temperature Fire Detector" standard for response time testing of point type temperature fire detectors. It meets the requirements of Appendix A of the national standard GB4716-2005 and is a testing equipment used by the National Fire Electronic Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for technical performance testing of point type temperature fire detectors. This device is one of the low configuration inspection and testing equipment for point type temperature fire detector production enterprises.
