Standard substance for component analysis of Chinese cabbage: Chinese cabbage from Hebei province is selected as the raw material. The qualified samples of Chinese cabbage collected are sorted and the non compliant parts are removed. The samples are dehydrated using vacuum freeze-drying, and after drying, they are crushed in a high alumina ceramic ball mill until the particle size is less than 180 μ m, accounting for more than 90%. The samples are repeatedly mixed 4-6 times using a 30 mesh sieve and then returned to the ball mill for grinding for 8 hours. The samples are then packaged in high-density polyethylene plastic bottles and inactivated by 60Co irradiation after packaging.
