The qualified samples of Chinese cabbage collected are sorted and the non compliant parts are removed. The samples are dehydrated using vacuum freeze-drying, and after drying, they are crushed in a high alumina ceramic ball mill until the particle size is less than 180 μ m, accounting for more than 90%. The samples are repeatedly mixed 4-6 times using a 30 mesh sieve and then returned to the ball mill for grinding for 8 hours. The samples are then packaged in high-density polyethylene plastic bottles and inactivated by 60Co irradiation after packaging.
