Overview
Spinach Component Analysis Standard Reference Material: Spinach from Hebei Province is selected as the raw material. Qualified spinach samples are collected, sorted, and the non compliant parts are removed. Vacuum freeze-drying is used for dehydration, and after drying, they are crushed in a high alumina ceramic ball mill until the particle size is less than 180 μ m, accounting for more than 90%. The mixture is repeatedly mixed 4-6 times with a 30 mesh sieve and then returned to the ball mill for 8 hours for mixing and grinding. The samples are then packaged in high-density polyethylene plastic bottles and irradiated with 60Co for inactivation.

Spinach Component Analysis Standard Reference Material

Analysis method:Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry

Development basis:JJF1006-1994 Technical Specification for First Class Standard Reference Materials; Development of JJF 1646-2017 Geological Analysis Standard Materials; JJF 1343-2022 Standard Material Determination, Uniformity, and Stability Evaluation.

Application of reference materials:This standard substance can be used as a quantitative and quality monitoring standard for the analysis of biological sample components such as food and health product hygiene and safety evaluation, agricultural environment and geochemical investigation and evaluation, and can also be used for the analysis of similar substances.

Notes:The minimum sampling amount for this standard substance is 300mg.

Spinach Component Analysis Standard Reference MaterialTraceability:Use measurement methods, standards, and instruments that meet the requirements of metrology to ensure the traceability of characteristic quantities of standard substances. The constant value analysis method adopts inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES), X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF), atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (AFS), spectrophotometry (COL), volumetric method (VOL), Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method (KTN), and ion selective electrode method (ISE).
