Working principle of oil fume purifier HD-A
The HD series oil fume purifier is a two-stage electrostatic adsorption type used to remove fine particles of hydrocarbons and other impurities in the air. Its secondary type refers to the ionization section and the collection section, each ionization section is composed of a series of tungsten steel wires, installed in the middle of a series of grounding plates, and powered by high voltage direct current. When particles in the atmosphere pass through the strong electrostatic field of an ionizer, they are ionized and carry positive or negative charges. Each collection section consists of a large number of parallel plates, which are powered by high-voltage direct current (with the same polarity as the ionizer, but with half the voltage) to form an electric field. Charged particles are attracted by the grounding plate and also driven away by the charged plate. Therefore, when charged particles are present in the airflow, they can be efficiently removed.
