Flat electrostatic purification module

Features:

The flat electrostatic purification module consists of an ionization zone and a dust collection zone. Due to the use of a flat plate type, it has very low air resistance (20Pa), large dust collection capacity, easy cleaning and installation, and is suitable for the supply and return air system of air conditioning systems. The modular design can choose different specifications and models.

Working Principle:

Apply a direct current high voltage of 6KV-12KV between the positive and negative poles of the electrostatic field (with a maximum field strength of 11KV/cm between the positive and negative poles). In the discharge sterilization zone, particles and pollutants in the air are rapidly polarized with high-energy positive charges. When entering the dust collection zone, they are adsorbed by the negative electrode plate under the action of the electric field force. Due to the instantaneous release of energy from the high voltage electric field, a "rapid explosion" occurs, which can penetrate the microbial cell wall, kill bacteria, and finally sinter the bacteria and particles together on the negative electrode dust plate, thus achieving the effect of dust removal and sterilization.

◆ Power supply
Each set of purification equipment consists of several electrostatic modules, equipped with an independent power supply and intelligent control system. The power and signal control lines are led to the electric control box matched with the door, and have functions such as electric shock protection and short circuit protection. The modules are connected by contact type without wires.
◆ Chain control
It can work synchronously with the wind turbine and also connect to the BA to achieve centralized and remote monitoring functions.

In automatic mode, the control system of the purification equipment receives a functional signal from the fan or BA. After analysis and decision-making, the signal is converted into a pulse switch signal output through a dedicated circuit for turning on or off the air purification equipment, achieving synchronous linkage with the host and intelligent operation.
