2、 Function Description

1. Control method
All functional modules have a 10 inch industrial grade touch screen for operation, without any other mechanical buttons. Clear functionality, simple operation, low training cost, and can be mastered in half an hour.
2. Air purification
The fan introduces air from the outside of the machine body, passes through the HEPA high-efficiency air filtration system, and inputs clean air into the cleaning space, keeping the cleaning area in a positive pressure state and preventing external pollutants from entering the cleaning space. The exhaust fan is equipped with a check valve to prevent external impurities from entering the cleaning area through the exhaust outlet.

3. Inner wall cleaning
The upper area of the equipment pressure cleaning tank is equipped with multiple wide-angle nozzles, which can automatically clean the inner wall of the pressure cleaning tank and prepare for the experiment.

4. Pressure flushing
Clean, extract and collect residual particles of the product to be inspected with a spray gun at a certain pressure or flow rate and angle. You can set the spray pressure (national standard) or flow rate (European standard), and operate it in a quantitative or timed manner with a set flow rate, depending on the cleanliness operation specifications of different products.

5. Cleaning Procedure (Suitable for Pressure Cleaning)
If there are many types of products and complex cleaning parameters, the cleaning parameters of products with high detection frequency can be saved and automatically called.

Pressure or flow rate settings, quantitative and timed parameter settings can be made according to the operating specifications. The cleaning parameters can be kept as the cleaning program and can be directly called, with a maximum of 2000 sets saved.

6. Real time liquid recovery
After cleaning the parts, the cleaning agent passes through the filter membrane component to collect the particulate pollutants in the cleaning solution on the surface of the detection filter membrane in a timely manner. The liquid is automatically recovered to the storage tank, and the entire process is completed automatically. The liquid can be recycled for use.

7. Liquid filtration system
Three liquid filters are built-in on the side of the device. The cleaning solution is pumped out of the storage tank through a pressure pump and undergoes two-stage filtration before entering the cleaning nozzle, with accuracies of 5um and 0.22um, ensuring that the liquid used for part cleaning is clean. The cleaning solution passes through a filter membrane and undergoes a 10um filtration before returning to the storage tank to ensure that the liquid in the storage tank is clean.

8. Automatic liquid addition and discharge
The storage tank of the equipment has a capacity of 20L, and the cleaning solution is automatically added to the inside of the equipment through the filling port. As the amount of cleaning increases, if the cleaning solution becomes dirty and needs to be replaced, select the drain button, and the equipment will automatically drain the cleaning solution through the drain port. The liquid level can be displayed in real time, and when it reaches the set conditions, the equipment will alarm and prompt the user.
9. Equipment alarm
The device is equipped with multiple pressure and flow sensors, which can provide prompts for filter replacement and real-time detection of equipment component damage. In case of abnormalities, an alarm message will be given through the LCD screen and a solution will be provided. At the same time, the alarm light of the device will also light up synchronously.

1. Foot switch+nozzle control mode
The quick connect method of the nozzle can quickly replace the required nozzle according to different cleaning parts. In addition, it can significantly improve the fatigue caused by constantly pressing the spray gun switch on the hand during long-term cleaning with the spray gun.

2. Easy replacement of consumables
The equipment is equipped with a convenient liquid filter for maintenance, and the automatic liquid inlet and outlet are built into the side of the equipment, which does not affect the appearance of the equipment and is easy to maintain. When consumables need to be replaced, the equipment will automatically alarm and prompt for replacement.

3. Filter membrane components
Special material design, without the influence of external metal particles interfering with experimental data caused by the use of metal materials. Quick installation structure, capable of replacing filter membranes in just a few seconds. Three filter membranes can be placed simultaneously, which can effectively improve filter membrane blockage caused by high membrane coverage. And it can improve the problem of inaccurate particle microscopic analysis caused by particle adhesion and accumulation.

4. Exhaust outlet drainage design

According to customer feedback, due to outdoor temperature differences, the discharged gas may liquefy and flow back to the cleaning chamber. We have improved the design of the exhaust outlet so that liquefied gases can be discharged from the equipment without flowing back into the interior.

5. Hidden button design

The power switch, alarm light, and emergency stop switch of the equipment are hidden inside the equipment panel, which can effectively prevent potential dangers and equipment damage caused by operator misoperation.

6. Design of power cord elbow

The equipment power interface adopts industrial grade aviation plugs, plug-in type, with high safety and good reliability. The elbow design can avoid power damage caused by direct contact between the joint and the wall.
