Precautions for using pressure measuring instruments

(3) In order to ensure that the instrument is not affected by vibration, pressure instruments should be equipped with vibration reduction devices and fixing devices;

(4) In order to ensure that the instrument is not affected by the high temperature of the measured medium, a full bend device should be installed;

(5) Special instruments are strictly prohibited from being used for other purposes, and measurements must not be made without special and reliable devices. It is even more strictly forbidden to use general pressure gauges for pressure measurement of special media;

(6) For newly purchased pressure detection instruments, it is necessary to perform metrological calibration before installation and use to prevent vibration, damage, or other factors affecting the accuracy of the pressure instruments during transportation.
