1、 Overview
The new structure of this liquid level transmitter is developed based on the gas cable type input liquid level transmitter. The adoption of a new structure solves the disadvantages of traditional gas cable type liquid level transmitters, such as being afraid of blockage, prone to corrosion, and not resistant to high temperatures.
The diffusion silicon liquid level transmitter is a two-wire system, with 4-20mADC output and 24VDC DC power supply. The part in contact with the medium is entirely made of stainless steel, and it is directly installed on the measuring pipeline. It is extremely convenient to use and widely used in process control and liquid level measurement in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, water conservancy, power, food, medicine, and environmental control.
2、 Working principle using static pressure measurement principle:
When the liquid level transmitter is inserted into a certain depth of the measured liquid, the pressure formula on the sensor facing the liquid level is: Ρ=ρ. g.H+Po, where:
P: Pressure exerted on the liquid level of the transmitter
ρ: Density of the tested liquid
G: Local gravity acceleration
Po: Atmospheric pressure on the liquid surface
H: At the same time as the depth of liquid input into the transmitter, the pressure of the liquid is introduced into the positive pressure chamber of the sensor through gas guiding stainless steel. Then, the atmospheric pressure Po on the liquid surface is connected to the negative pressure chamber of the sensor to offset the Po on the back of the sensor, so that the pressure measured by the sensor is: ρ. g. H. Obviously, by measuring the pressure P, the depth of the liquid level can be obtained
3、 Functional Features
Good stability, with long-term stability of 0.2% FS/year at full and zero positions. Within the compensation temperature range of 0-70 ℃, the temperature drift is less than 0.2% FS, and within the entire allowable operating temperature range, it is less than 0.5% FS.
◆ Equipped with reverse protection and current limiting protection circuits, the transmitter will not be damaged if the positive and negative poles are reversed during installation. In case of abnormalities, the transmitter will automatically limit the current to within 35MA.
