Product Introduction: Elliptical head, also known as standard head or elliptical head, is a head composed of a rotating elliptical spherical surface and a cylindrical straight section. An elliptical head with a ratio of 2.0 between the long and short axes of a rotating elliptical spherical generatrix is commonly referred to as a standard elliptical head. The mechanical properties of elliptical heads are second only to hemispherical heads, but superior to disc-shaped heads. Due to the depth of elliptical heads being between hemispherical and disc-shaped heads, the requirements and manufacturing difficulty for stamping equipment and molds are also between the two, that is, easier than hemispherical heads and more difficult than disc-shaped heads. Elliptical heads are widely used in medium and low pressure vessels due to their good comprehensive performance. In recent years, the use of spinning technology has brought convenience to the manufacturing of large-diameter elliptical heads.

The container head shall comply with GB150 and JB/T4476 standards, and the boiler head shall comply with JB1619 standard.
