Overview
The stainless steel diaphragm pressure gauge can measure the small pressure of corrosive gases or liquids. The casing and pressure system of the instrument are made of 1Cr18Ni9 stainless steel material. Widely used for pressure measurement in industrial sectors such as petroleum, chemical, and metallurgical industries. Ordinary bellows pressure gauges can only be used to measure micro pressure and negative pressure that do not corrode copper alloys and pose no explosion hazard. This instrument can be installed on-site and displayed on site.

Stainless steel diaphragm pressure gaugeworking principle
The instrument consists of a measurement system, a transmission indicator mechanism, and a housing. The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the bellows box under the pressure of the measured medium, which is then amplified by the lever gear transmission mechanism. The pointer fixed on the gear shaft gradually indicates the measured value on the dial.
Environmental conditions for use: -25~55 ℃, relative humidity not exceeding 80%.
Anti working environment vibration: V.H.3 level.
