Product Details

Characteristics of pressure transmitterIt has the advantages of reliable operation, stable performance, easy installation and use, small size, light weight, and high cost-effectiveness, and can be widely used in various positive and negative pressure measurements. Imported diffused silicon or ceramic core is used as the pressure detection element, and the sensor signal is converted into a unified output signal of 0-10mA or 4-20mA through a high-performance electronic amplifier. Can replace traditional remote pressure gauges, Hall elements, and differential transmitters. It can be used in conjunction with various types of dynamic coil indicators, digital pressure gauges, electronic potentiometers, as well as with various automatic adjustment systems or computer systems.

The pressure transmitter is mainly composed of three parts: pressure measuring elements, sensors, measuring circuits, and process connectors. It can convert the physical pressure parameters of gases, liquids, and other substances sensed by pressure sensors into standard electrical signals, which can be supplied to secondary instruments such as indicator alarms, recorders, and regulators for measurement, indication, and process adjustment. The two pressures of the measured medium of the pressure transmitter are introduced into the high and low pressure chambers, and the pressure in the low pressure chamber is atmospheric pressure or vacuum, acting on the isolation diaphragms on both sides of the δ element (i.e. sensitive element), and transmitted to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolation diaphragms and the filling liquid inside the element. A pressure transmitter is composed of a measuring diaphragm and electrodes on both sides of the insulating film, each forming a capacitor. When the pressure on both sides is not consistent, it causes displacement of the measuring diaphragm, which is proportional to the pressure difference. Therefore, the capacitance on both sides is unequal. Through oscillation and demodulation, it is converted into a signal proportional to the pressure.
