The UHLWG series liquid turbine flow sensor is based on the principle of torque balance and belongs to the velocity type flow instrument. Flow meters have the characteristics of simple structure, lightweight, high accuracy, good reproducibility, sensitive response, and easy installation, maintenance, and use. They are widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, water supply, and papermaking, and are ideal instruments for flow measurement and energy conservation.

This series of flow meters has multiple configurations to choose from: on-site display, output 4-20mA, pulse output, switch signal (upper and lower limit alarm), supports RS485, can be connected to control systems or used in conjunction with secondary display instruments, suitable for measuring various non corrosive liquid media, tap water, pure water, circulating water, deionized water, etc,

The UHLWG series liquid turbine flow sensor is matched with a display instrument with special functions, and can also perform quantitative control, over limit alarm, etc. The explosion-proof type of this product can be used in environments with explosion-proof hazards. Our turbine is suitable for media with viscosity less than 5 × 10-6m2/s at operating temperature. For liquids with viscosity greater than 5 × 10-6m2/s, the flow meter needs to be calibrated for real liquid before use. If the user needs a special form of flowmeter, they can negotiate to place an order. If an explosion-proof flowmeter is required, it should be explained in the order.

The flow sensor is a hard alloy bearing thrust type, which not only ensures accuracy and improves wear resistance, but also has the characteristics of simple structure, firmness, and easy disassembly and assembly. Generally, it can reach ± 0.5% R and ± 1.0% R, with good repeatability and short-term repeatability of 0.05% -0.2%.
