It is an equipment used for industrial dust removal or exhaust gas treatment, mainly for pre-treatment of exhaust gas. It can effectively separate solid substances in gas. It has a simple structure, low cost, high dust removal efficiency, and long service life, making it very suitable for the treatment of high temperature, high humidity flue gas, flammable and non fibrous dust, such as dust purification in various industrial fields such as hardware, building materials, ceramics, electronics, chemical industry, casting, aluminum products, metallurgy, mechanical processing, non-ferrous metals, etc. The swirl spray tower produced by our company integrates spraying and swirl plates. The dusty gas enters tangentially from the bottom of the tower, passes through the first layer of swirl plate and spray layer, and is captured by water film adhesion. The airflow continues to flow upwards and enters the spray layer. After being pressurized by the water pump, the atomized droplets sprayed from the spiral nozzle of the circulating water move downwards. The droplets and liquid film capture the remaining dust particles through inertia, interception, diffusion and other effects. Then, the airflow enters the second spray chamber and further purifies the gas. The dust containing wastewater generated by spraying undergoes short-term sedimentation, and the water is pumped back into the tower for further spraying treatment to save water.
