Viscous substances are not allowed in the gas, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 150mg/m3. The gas temperature should not exceed 80 ℃. Cannot be used for ventilation in enclosed spaces without air flow, as it will create negative pressure and increase motor load. Do not use without connecting pipes at the air inlet and outlet.

Precautions for fan selection

1. All parameters of the fan are measured under standard conditions: that is, the medium is clean air at standard atmospheric pressure; The temperature is equal to 20 ℃; The air density is equal to 1.2Kg/m3. If the fan is used under non-standard conditions, it should be converted to parameters under standard conditions before selection.

2. When the operating environment has high requirements for the vibration of the fan (such as the fan being installed on a floor slab), a shock absorber can be used in conjunction. When selecting, it should be noted that the standard configuration of the fan does not come with a shock absorber. Users can purchase the shock absorber themselves, or indicate the addition of a shock absorber when ordering the fan.

3. The standard configuration of the fan does not have footings or flanges. If you need to order a fan, please specify the addition of footings or flanges.

4. The fan should not be operated for a long time in a fully open state (i.e. the inlet and outlet of the fan are not connected to the pipeline). Because the performance of the fan is unstable in this state, and in this situation, the standard motor of the fan is overloaded, long-term use can cause the motor to burn out. Short term testing is allowed.
