SpectrOil 100 series oil spectrometerIt is a precise desktop rotating disk electrode oil spectrometer that can perform elemental analysis on lubricating oil, fuel oil, coolant, and water
Spike oil spectrumworking principle
SpectrOil RDE-OES has three important components:
Source of emission-Evaporate and atomize the oil sample. The rotating disk electrode continuously drives the tested oil sample to the discharge gap between the disk electrode and the rod electrode. High voltage alternating current vaporizes and atomizes the oil sample in the gap, producing atomic emission spectral lines.
optical system-Separate the excited atomic emission spectral lines into multiple discontinuous and independent characteristic spectral lines.
Read system-The photoelectric converter converts optical signals into electrical signals and transmits them to the readout system of the spectrometer for quantitative analysis, conveying them to the user in a simple and easy to understand manner.
The characteristic spectral lines were applied in the original spectrum to eliminate matrix effects, thus the detection results comply with ASTM standards. Users only need to select detection curves for specific samples. Therefore, whether it is lubricating oil or other fuels, or coolant and industrial circulating water, only a few seconds of detection time are needed.
Spike oil spectrumMain Features
No need for sample dilution, no need for solvents
Only use 2ml of oil sample
Within 30 seconds, multiple 31 elements can be detected simultaneously
Most elements have detection limits as low as sub ppm
• Easy to use, suitable for both laboratory and on-site use
Compliant with ASTM-D6595 (lubricating oil) and ASTM-D6728 (fuel oil) standards
Detection curve
| Detection curve | detection content | Testing Standard | |
| lubricating oil (Business) | Quantitatively detect wear elements and additives in lubricating oil. Compliant with ASTM-D6595, comes standard with 24 elements and can be expanded to 31. | CS-75-500 | base oil |
| CS-24-100-200G | 24 elements, 100 ppm | ||
| SMA-900-200G | 5 elements, 900 ppm | ||
| fuel oil (Light fuel oil and heavy oil) | By testing the quality and pollution of crude oil through the final mixed light fuel oil, it meets the ASTM D-6728 standard and includes calibration procedures for both light and heavy fuel oils. | CS-75-500 | base oil |
| CS-GT15-10 | Light fuel oil, 100ppm | ||
