The fully automatic solid-phase extraction system GX-274 ASPEC launched by Gilson is a new generation solid-phase extraction system developed on the basis of ASPEC XL4. The system has improved and added many features according to user needs while maintaining the numerous advantages of ASPEC XL4. The GX-274 ASPEC is designed according to the requirements of modern laboratories, with extraction column capacity and minimal footprint. The system continuously monitors the operating pressure through pressure sensing modules and processes errors that occur during operation according to preset programs.
Users can choose innovative spray cleaning stations to reduce the possibility of cross contamination.
The all-new Trilution LH control software is powerful and easy to operate. The graphical user interface and mouse click and drag operation methods enable users to easily establish SPE operation methods. Open software allows users to easily create special operation instructions based on specific applications. Users can also use various special non Gilson standard pipe racks on the instrument.
The system adopts mobile tube rack technology, which enables the instrument to perform both solid-phase extraction and liquid processing operations.
The 406 infusion pump of the system is not only equipped with a pressure sensing module to monitor pressure changes, but also with an automatic three-way valve to switch between liquid or gas circuits.
