1、 Experimental content
1. Understand the basic structure and principles of solar cells; Perform the following measurements on monocrystalline silicon, polycrystalline silicon, and amorphous silicon solar cells:
2. Test the dark characteristics of solar cells, namely the PN junction volt ampere characteristics;
3. Test the illumination characteristics of solar cells: the relationship between open circuit voltage and illumination intensity, the relationship between short-circuit current and illumination intensity, and measure the power output curve; Find the maximum power point and calculate the fill factor.
2、 Instrument features
1. Provide multiple test samples to facilitate students' comparative learning.
2. By changing the distance between the test sample and the light source to alter the intensity of light, the output characteristics of solar panels can be studied under different light intensities.
3. The light intensity measurement is divided into two levels, which can meet the measurement accuracy requirements under different light intensities.

1. The optical coordinate ruler is 45cm long with a division value of 1mm.
