The FL820 fluorescence spectrometer is a newly developed molecular fluorescence spectroscopy analysis instrument by our company, which can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of molecules. This instrument can test excitation spectrum, emission spectrum, fluorescence intensity, quantum yield, fluorescence lifetime, fluorescence polarization and other parameters, providing strong support for efficient and accurate fluorescence analysis. 1、 Instrument features

1. Able to perform fluorescence intensity scanning within the specified time.

2. Wavelength scanning can measure repeated scans and set a repetition period between 0-180 minutes.

3. Set the emission wavelength and excite the monochromator to scan within the set wavelength range.

4. Set the excitation wavelength and scan the emission monochromator within the set wavelength range.

5. Synchronous scanning: Simultaneously input the emission and excitation wavelengths, and the excitation monochromator and emission monochromator scan simultaneously within the set wavelength range and sampling interval.

After the time scan is completed, the signal-to-noise ratio can be calculated.

7. Use wavelength method for quantification, and draw a polygonal standard curve for each point of standard concentration.

8. Standard curves can be drawn by manually inputting known standard data.

9. The measurement data and standard curve can be displayed simultaneously on the screen window, and the standard curve can be obtained while performing sample measurements and calculating concentrations.

10. Able to perform calculations for single wavelength, dual wavelength, and triple wavelength when the standard curve is prepared.

11. The interval wavelength for data collection can be set.

12. Three dimensional spectra, excitation, and emission two-dimensional spectra can simultaneously display and track wavelengths and peaks.
