Soil sample grinder is a device for mixing, fine grinding, and small sample preparation. This soil sample grinder has a small volume, comprehensive functions, and high efficiency, making it an ideal equipment for scientific research institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain research samples (four samples can be obtained simultaneously in each experiment).
Soil sample grinder
Application sample features:
Brittle, fibrous, medium to low hardness, dry and wet grinding
Mechanical processing type:
Crushing, grinding, mixing, homogenization
Working principle:
The grinding tank of the planetary ball mill is designed to be eccentric relative to the bottom sun gear. The grinding jar rotates on its own axis, opposite to the direction of rotation of the sun gear. When the grinding ball and grinding tank move together, they are affected by the superposition of rotational bias force, which generates high energy and crushes the sample. The planetary ball mill has four or two grinding platforms. The instrument is suitable for crushing medium hard, extremely hard, brittle, and ductile (soil, ore) samples. It can be used for both dry and wet grinding, and can be applied in nanomaterials and mechanical alloys.
