The HG400 multi sample grinder, a four tank planetary laboratory instrument, is a high-energy grinding product suitable for grinding soft, medium hard, extremely hard, brittle, and tough samples. It can be ground dry or wet, with wet grinding being more suitable for applications with higher fineness.
HG400 Multi Sample Grinding InstrumentIt is a high-energy grinding product suitable for grinding soft, medium hard, extremely hard, brittle, and tough samples. It can be ground dry or wet.
Working principle: The grinding tank of the planetary ball mill is designed to be eccentric relative to the bottom sun gear. The grinding jar rotates on its own axis, opposite to the direction of rotation of the sun gear. When the grinding ball and grinding tank move together, they are affected by the superposition of rotational bias force, which generates high energy and crushes the sample. The planetary ball mill has four or two grinding platforms. The instrument is suitable for crushing medium hard, extremely hard, brittle, and ductile (soil, ore) samples. It can be used for both dry and wet grinding, and can be applied in nanomaterials and mechanical alloys.
Performance advantages of HG400 multi sample grinder:
● Can run continuously for a long time for sample preparation
High speed can grind the sample to sub meter or even nanometer level fineness
● Running in both forward and reverse directions, with adjustable interval and pause times to prevent sample aggregation and improve heat dissipation
There are multiple grinding tanks with capacities ranging from 125ml to 500ml to choose from, made of 6 different materials, expanding the application range of the product
The grinding room can be automatically ventilated
● Can store 10 sets of grinding parameters and set the number of parameter cycles
LCD touch screen display, no need for buttons
The instrument is easy to operate and conforms to the principles of artificial learning. It is floor standing and can be placed on an experimental platform for operation
The instrument is equipped with a safety lock device to ensure the safety of the staff during the experiment
