Small vacuum probe station solar cell testing fixture
When the high and low temperature probe station system reaches ≤ 10Pa, low temperature testing can be carried out without condensation or frosting. For users who have selected entry-level configurations, a bipolar rotary vane mechanical pump can be used to achieve the target vacuum degree, thereby reducing the equipment's configuration budget. For users with higher requirements for vacuum degree, a molecular pump group can be used to evacuate the system. The low-temperature probe station system can reach up to 10-3Pa, higher vacuum pump units can also be selected to meet testing requirements.
In order to reduce the vibration of the pump unit, we have also designed vibration isolators specifically for users,The vibration generated during the operation of the ground attenuation pump group is used to ensure system stability and reduce probe drift.
