Pre processing

Triple pre filter: includes one 10 inch 5-micron PP cotton filter, one 10 inch activated carbon filter, and one 10 inch 1-micron PP cotton filter. They can effectively remove sediment, rust, large organic particles, and chlorine from tap water.

Reverse osmosis membrane element

Boosting and circulation components

Computer control components

Computer control components, also known as computer control boards or motherboards, are independently developed and produced by our company. Equipped with fully automatic operation, no need for duty, high-precision sensor detection and control, automatic shutdown when water is cut off or full, automatic startup and replenishment when the water tank is short of water, and automatic anti fouling and scaling 40 second flushing of the RO membrane, effectively extending the service life of the RO membrane.

Detection and display components

Detection and display components: The conductivity/resistivity meter is selected with a measurement certificate, and the system LCD backlight LCD is used for online detection and display, accurately and intuitively displaying the conductivity/resistivity of the produced water quality. The temperature compensation of the flow cell is automatic ± 0.1 ℃, the electrode constant is 0.01cm-1, the measurement range is 0.00-18.25 M Ω. cm, the measurement accuracy is ± 1% (F.S) or 0.00-100.00us.cm, and the measurement accuracy is ± 1% (F.S). The detection and display of total dissolved oxygen content use imported probes with a measurement accuracy of ± 1%, making online detection and display more intuitive.

UV lamp components

The UV lamp used is a dual wavelength 185/245 UV lamp, which effectively removes bacteria such as microorganisms and heat sources, ensuring the water quality requirements of the produced water.

Vacuum control components
