Precautions for using a constant temperature shaker

Environment and placement: It should be placed on a level, stable, and well ventilated tabletop, with the back at least 20cm away from the wall, avoiding direct sunlight, strong electromagnetic interference, and overly smooth operating surfaces to prevent equipment displacement or temperature control imbalance.

Operating standards: When loading samples, ensure that the container is symmetrically placed and the weight is balanced, and the liquid does not exceed two-thirds of the container capacity; Speed regulation should gradually increase from low speed to high speed to avoid damaging components when starting the high gear directly; Reduce the frequency of unboxing during operation to prevent temperature fluctuations from affecting the experiment.

Safety and maintenance: It is strictly prohibited to move or impact the equipment during operation, and children should be avoided from approaching; Clean the inner cavity, rocker plate, and fixtures in a timely manner before and after use, and prohibit the use of corrosive solvents; Regularly check the power grounding and component fastening, lubricate moving parts monthly, and calibrate temperature and speed sensors quarterly.

Exception handling: If there are abnormal noises, temperature and speed deviations, etc., immediately stop the machine for troubleshooting; Long term idle needs to be cleaned and powered off, covered with dust-proof cloth to prevent moisture.
