Principle:
The focus of the development of the rotary flash dryer is to increase its dispersion as much as possible, that is, to increase the surface area per unit volume of wet material and accelerate heat and mass transfer processes. After being heated by a hot air heating device, the required air enters the mixing, crushing, and drying chamber through the bottom annular gap tangent, generating a spiral upward airflow; Wet materials are continuously and quantitatively added to the dryer through a spiral feeder, while dry products are carried out of the dryer through the upper outlet pipe along with hot air. The dry powder particles are collected in the material bin through a cyclone dust collector and a bag dust collector, and the exhaust gas is discharged through an exhaust fan.
(1) Due to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, the material is atomized and highly dispersed. The relative velocity between gas and solid is high, which enhances mass and heat transfer and enables the machine to dry filter cake like materials with high viscosity
(2) The material undergoes processes such as crushing, dispersing, drying, and grading simultaneously in the dryer, achieving multi-purpose use and a wide range of applications.
(3) The strong rotating airflow formed by the gas inside the dryer has a strong flushing effect on the materials on the wall, eliminating the phenomenon of wall sticking.
(4) At the high temperature zone at the bottom of the dryer, there is a water-cooled jacket, which solves the problem of coking and discoloration of heat sensitive materials.
(5) The particle size and humidity of the outlet material can be controlled through the classifier on the upper part of the drying chamber, ensuring the quality of the product.
(6) The dryer operates under negative pressure without dust pollution.
(7) The machine has a compact structure, small footprint, low labor intensity for operators, and is easy to operate.
