Six way mixerApplied in laboratories of various universities, environmental protection, scientific research, epidemic prevention, petroleum, food and other units, it is a precision instrument commonly used by laboratory personnel.

Instructions for use: When using this instrument, please first check if all the accessories are complete, turn off all the work switches, and then install the stirring rod on each of the six motor shafts, tighten them, adjust the speed knob to the low speed zero position, place the solution bottle to be stirred on the support plate, adjust the height of the support plate as needed to make the stirring rod in the appropriate position in the solution bottle, and align the stirring rod with the center of the solution bottle. Connect the power supply, turn the timing knob to the ON position or the desired timing time, turn on the motor power for the desired operation, and gradually adjust from low speed to high speed to the desired operating speed.

Six way mixerAttention:

1. Be sure to use a grounding wire.

2. Do not overload for use.

3. If you find that the mixing rod is not concentric and the mixing is unstable during work, please turn off the power and adjust the clamping head to make the mixing rod concentric.

4. Environmental temperature: 0-50 ℃, no corrosive gas.

5. Relative humidity: 35% -85% (without condensation).

6. The instrument should be kept dry.

7. When not in use for a long time, please store it in a dry and non corrosive gas place.

8. Medium speed stirring can reduce vibration and extend service life.

Six way mixerUsage and maintenance matters:

1. Place the liquid bottle (or other container) correctly.

2. Adjust and calibrate the working depth of the stirring rod in the solution, and clamp it.

3. Connect the external power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will turn on.

4. Select the timer and adjust the timer button to the "timer" or "normally open" position.

5. After completing the work, place the speed control knob in the small position, set the timer to "zero", turn off the power switch, and cut off the power.

6. Wipe the mixing rod clean, and there should be no water droplets or dirt residue on it.
