3、 Attention:
1. Please read the instructions carefully before use, and remember to add water to the water level line before turning on the power when closing the faucet.
2. Set the digital temperature display, turn on the power switch to raise the temperature of the water tank, cover the water tank cover, wait for the water temperature to reach the desired value, turn on the circulation power switch, and the water in the water tank will circulate evenly to the indoor temperature.
3. The water level should not be too high to prevent experimental errors caused by water overflow.
4. When you need to quickly cool down, there are two water nozzles next to the control box. Either one enters the condensate water (ice making water or tap water), and the other enters the outlet pool (using latex pipes) to assist in lowering the temperature at that time.
5. To extend the service life of the instrument, please be careful not to let the control box get damp and prevent electrical leakage.
6. The instrument is covered by a one-year warranty from the date of manufacture (any human error or improper use will incur production costs), with lifelong maintenance.
7. After use, please drain the water (water outlet), wipe it clean with a dry cloth, and place it in a ventilated and dry place.
4、 Common problems and solutions during use:
1、 Display normal, settings normal, unable to heat up.
Handling method:
(1) Connect the power supply, turn on the power switch, adjust the set temperature to be higher than the actual measured temperature, check if the temperature controller has an output indication. If there is, measure if there is voltage input to the heating tube. If there is, the heating tube is broken and can be replaced. If there is no voltage input to the heating tube, it is mostly due to relay failure. If the temperature controller does not have voltage output indication, it is recommended to replace the temperature controller.
(2) The temperature controller displays LLL or 999 (parameters may vary depending on the manufacturer). This fault is caused by a temperature sensor open circuit or short circuit. Replace the sensor.
(3) The temperature is not controlled, and the relay is broken or the sensor is damp.
2、 Heating is normal, but the oscillation speed has slowed down.
Solution: Open the side panel of the control cabinet, turn on the power, set the temperature control to 0 degrees (i.e. no heating state), turn on the oscillation switch, adjust the speed to high, find the two adjustable resistors on the speed control board, and adjust the one on the right counterclockwise to solve the problem.
3、 Heating is normal, oscillation cannot work.
Solution: Open the side panel of the control cabinet, connect the power, set the temperature control to 0 degrees (i.e. no heating state), turn on the oscillation switch, adjust the speed to high, use a multimeter AC 250 to measure whether the transformer has 220V voltage input. If not, the switch is broken. Otherwise, measure whether the transformer has 12V voltage output (using AC 50V). If not, the transformer is broken. At this time, do not replace the transformer easily. This situation is mostly caused by a short circuit fault in the rectifier part or motor of the circuit board (this phenomenon occurs, and the appearance of the transformer is burnt). After ruling out the above situation, replace it.
