They are capable of measuring ultra-low currents as low as 1 μ A, making them suitable for devices with very low power. 34465A can automatically calibrate during measurement, so even if the instrument may experience temperature drift/changes, it can ensure that the measurement has been calibrated.

The graphical features, including trend charts and histograms, help users quickly gain deeper insights. This six and a half digit multimeter provides a data recording mode for easy trend analysis, and also offers a digital mode for capturing transient features.
