8845A/8846A has a unique dual test display function, which can measure and display two different parameters of the same signal connected for testing. To display signal quality issues such as drift, intermittency, and stability, use a unique analysis mode to view the data in real-time trend charts or histograms. Other similar instruments do not have such graphic display function.
Using only two probes to measure four wire resistance
By using the 2 x 4 resistor function, four wire resistance measurement can be achieved with only two probes and separated terminals. Specialized test probe options can be used to complete such test connections. This results in excellent measurement results, which can be achieved with just one pair of probes.
Multiple interfaces provide greater flexibility
