1. Heat sealing tester - "sample preparation equipment"

• Function: Simulate the heat sealing process on a production line in a laboratory environment for preparing standard heat sealed samples.

• Features: It can accurately and independently control the heat sealing temperature, pressure, and time to find the heat sealing process window of the material.

• Application Scenario:

• Process development: Finding the most suitable heat sealing parameters for new packaging materials.

• Incoming inspection: Check whether the heat sealing performance of different batches of packaging films is stable.

• Quality benchmarking: Comparing the quality of packaging materials from different suppliers.

2. Heat sealing strength tester - "Testing equipment"

• Function: Used to measure the peel strength (i.e. sealing strength) of already heat sealed seals.

• Characteristics: Usually used in conjunction with tensile testing machines or specialized electronic tensile testing machines. Clamp the two ends of the prepared sample and stretch it until the seal is peeled off. The instrument records the force value during the process.

• Application Scenario:

• Quality control: Check whether the sealing strength of products on the production line meets the standard.

Simple understanding: First, use your hand (heat sealing tester) to stick two pieces of tape together, and then use a scale (heat sealing strength tester) to measure how much force is needed to pull them apart.
