Bearing lubrication monitoring: when is it necessary to add oil? How much fuel to add? When to stop refueling?
Detection principle:
Ultraprobe 201 listens to the ultrasonic signals generated during bearing operation to determine when to add lubricating oil to the bearing, how much lubricating oil to add, and when to stop adding oil appropriately!
Operators can check the intensity of ultrasonic signals while adding lubricating oil to prevent excessive lubrication.
When the lubrication level of the bearing decreases and friction increases, the bearing generates strong directional and highly concentrated ultrasonic signals. The Ultraprobe 201 can be used in conjunction with a fuel gun to convert the high-frequency sound waves emitted by these bearings into audible sound signals for the human ear, allowing the operator to "hear" the sound of the bearings. The Ultraprobe 201 only senses ultrasonic signals within its detection frequency range, so even in the noisiest factory environments, users can accurately determine when to stop refueling.
