■Installation requirements
When selecting the installation position of the float, attention should be paid to the following issues: ① It should be easy to install, debug, read, and maintain, preferably near manholes, oil measuring holes, or specialized installation plates that can be touched by hand. ② The distance between the center of the float and the side wall of the container should meet the actual requirements for installation. In case of special circumstances, it can be handled as appropriate without affecting the performance of the instrument. ③ The working position of the float should be far away from the discharge port and mixer to prevent liquid level fluctuations from affecting measurement accuracy and stability. When unavoidable, it is necessary to design and install devices such as splitter plates and wave shields to solve the problem.
After determining the installation position of the float, the length dimensions of each steel strip (rope) conduit can be determined based on the physical dimensions of the liquid level gauge. ■Installation, Adjustment, and Use
After the user's product arrives, the packaging quality of the product should be checked first. The packaging box should be intact and undamaged, with clear markings; For packaging that has obvious damage, the storage and transportation department should be notified in a timely manner or the manufacturer should be contacted to investigate the problem and responsibility. If there are no packaging quality issues, the product can be unpacked and taken out.
Users should read the relevant clauses in this manual according to the selected instrument model and range, and correctly install, adjust, and use it. During installation, you can refer to the installation diagram for installation.

■ Maintenance and upkeep
For instruments installed correctly in a good working environment, no special maintenance or upkeep is required except for daily surface maintenance. When there are pollutants in the tested medium that may adhere to the surface of the float or other parts, regular cleaning should be carried out to prevent instrument malfunction.
The rotating parts of the instrument should be lubricated with a small amount of lubricating oil regularly.
During equipment overhaul, the instruments should be removed for cleaning and the aging rubber seals should be replaced to ensure the sealing and reliability of the instruments.
