Sigma 6-16HS, as the heating version of the 6-16 series, has the ability to set a maximum rotor temperature of+70 ℃. The equipment has been optimized for ASTM D91/96 standard and can be used for determining the moisture content of crude oil and petroleum products. The heating function can reduce sample viscosity, promote oil-water separation, and improve the accuracy and repeatability of detection results. The temperature control system adopts precision PID algorithm, which can stably maintain the set temperature and meet the temperature control requirements of experiments and testing.
This model is compatible with 12 types of fixed angle rotors and 6 types of horizontal rotors, and can be used with a variety of barrels and adapters, including multiple biosafety configurations. The equipment is equipped with a magnetic rotor recognition system, which can automatically identify the installed rotor, avoid overspeed operation, and improve safety during use. The typical configuration includes fixed angle rotor No. 12449, horizontal rotor No. 11660, etc., which can be adapted to different capacities and types of experimental containers.
The device is equipped with a Spincontrol S single knob controller, with a clear and intuitive operating interface. The system supports 60 programmable programs and is equipped with 30 acceleration/braking curves. Users can save personalized parameter settings through password protection. The device is equipped with a large program status display screen that supports progress bar display, making it easy for laboratory personnel to remotely monitor the operating status.
The equipment noise control performance is stable, and different rotor configurations meet the requirements for laboratory environment use. The acceleration and braking response speed is fast, which can effectively shorten the experimental cycle and adapt to high-frequency experimental work scenarios.

Sigma 6-16HS complies with international safety standards such as EN 61010-2-020 and is equipped with dual electric lid locks and gas spring assisted lid opening mechanisms, ensuring high safety during use. The centrifugal chamber is made of stainless steel material, which is easy to clean and disinfect. The rotor and related accessories can be sterilized under high pressure. The device supports optional RS 232 interface, which can achieve remote control and experimental data recording functions, meeting the requirements of intelligent laboratory management.
