Heating function and special applications

Sigma 6-16HS, as the heating version of the 6-16 series, has the ability to set a maximum rotor temperature of+70 ℃. The equipment has been optimized for ASTM D91/96 standard and can be used for determining the moisture content of crude oil and petroleum products. The heating function can reduce sample viscosity, promote oil-water separation, and improve the accuracy and repeatability of detection results. The temperature control system adopts precision PID algorithm, which can stably maintain the set temperature and meet the temperature control requirements of experiments and testing.

Rotor system and biosafety

This model is compatible with 12 types of fixed angle rotors and 6 types of horizontal rotors, and can be used with a variety of barrels and adapters, including multiple biosafety configurations. The equipment is equipped with a magnetic rotor recognition system, which can automatically identify the installed rotor, avoid overspeed operation, and improve safety during use.
