1、 Fault location and preliminary investigation
External line inspection
Confirm the insulation of the motor cable and eliminate short circuits or grounding faults
Check if the cable length exceeds 50 meters (excessive length may cause signal interference)
Use a multimeter to measure the resistance of the UVW terminal to ground. If it is fully conductive, there is a risk of module breakdown
Hardware detection
Check the status of the IGBT module: If there is no resistance or full conduction at the UVW end, the module needs to be replaced
Driver thick film detection: Ceramic packaged driver thick films are prone to damage, and it is necessary to measure whether the static driving voltage is normal
Non polarized capacitor inspection: The non polarized capacitor packaged in plastic next to the driver needs to be replaced if it breaks down
2、 Core component inspection
Current detection circuit
Focus on checking the current detection of thick film chip TL084 and front-end A7 transistor for models below 30kW
Sensor signal verification: If a single sensor is abnormal, it will trigger F011, which needs to be compared and detected by disassembling the sensor
Drive circuit maintenance
Optocoupler and voltage regulator detection: Driver board damage often accompanies optocoupler short circuit or voltage regulator breakdown
Negative pressure waveform test: After repair, it is necessary to ensure that each negative pressure output is normal
3、 Parameter and environment investigation
Parameter calibration
Check the motor parameters (P0307/P0206) and confirm that the control mode (vector/VF) matches the load characteristics
Adjust acceleration and deceleration time to avoid dynamic response overload
Environmental optimization
Clean up internal dust to improve heat dissipation, and check if the power supply voltage fluctuation exceeds ± 10%
Ensure that the shielding wire is well grounded and separate the power and signal wires for wiring
4、 Special case handling
Intermittent fault: If it is intermittent, check the stability of the encoder signal or the status of the motherboard sampling resistance
Temperature alarm false alarm: After repair, it is necessary to confirm that the temperature sensor is connected properly
Suggest prioritizing the investigation of the driver thick film and current detection circuit
