A. Standardization of Testing: Compliant with GB/T1232 "Determination of Mooney Viscosity of Unvulcanized Rubber", GB/T1233 "Determination of Initial Vulcanization Characteristics of Rubber Compounds by Mooney Viscometer Method", and ISO289, ISO667 and other standards.

C. Special note on high-quality features: The excellent feature of humanized design is that the measurement time can be modified during the testing process. The rubber material is estimated to have a measurement time of 20 minutes. When tested for 11 minutes, it was found that the measurement was 9 minutes, and at 10 minutes, it was already t18. If it is a small rotor, the measurement has been completed. T35 measurement, if it is a large rotor, the measurement is also completed. At this point, there is no need to continue. Press' send as', and the experiment will immediately stop at 9 or 10 minutes. Draw the complete Mooney curve, calculate all data, and store the data curve in the database. If T18 or T35 is not measured within 20 minutes, the experiment will automatically move down the measurement time (manual modification of measurement time is also acceptable) until T18 or T35 is measured. If no measurement is taken at t18 or t35 within 200 minutes, the measurement will automatically end. This feature undoubtedly greatly facilitates users, saving valuable time and adhesive materials.

D. AutoScale is used to automatically adjust the Y scale of the graph curve. After the measurement is completed, the software will adjust the Y scale according to the measurement value between 0100Mv0-200Mv to make the curve more beautiful.
