Micro Vickers hardness tester (G30 series)
The Shimadzu HMV-G30 series micro Vickers hardness tester is equipped with a test force automatic conversion mechanism and a color LCD touch screen. After setting the testing conditions through the LCD touch screen, the selection of the test load, the conversion from the objective lens to the indenter, and the testing process are all automatically carried out. The measurement of the indentation size is automatically calculated by the measuring head composed of the objective lens and photoelectric sensor.
Can measure the conversion of Vickers, Brinell, Knoop hardness, and Rockwell hardness. Used for research and development of surface hardening layers, coatings, and plating layers, as well as hardness measurement of metal thin materials, fine wires, and metallographic structures.
Vickers microhardness tester (G31 series)
The Shimadzu HMV-G31 series micro Vickers hardness tester is equipped with a test force automatic conversion mechanism and a built-in CCD camera. After setting the testing conditions through computer software, the selection of the test load, the conversion from the objective lens to the indenter, the loading and unloading of the test, and all automatic processes will be carried out. After measuring the indentation size through the testing software, the hardness value will be displayed and stored.

The Shimadzu HMV-G31-FA series micro Vickers hardness tester is a fully automatic micro Vickers hardness tester equipped with automatic force conversion, built-in CCD, and XY sample stage. After software configuration, a series of testing processes including the selection of test load, conversion of objective lens to indenter, movement of X-Y axis, adjustment of focal length, measurement of indentation size, and calculation of hardness value are all automatically carried out.
Can measure Vickers, Brinell, and Knoop hardness. It has 10 editing methods for test positions and can perform continuous testing of 5000 points. Used for research, development, and quality management of surface hardening layers, coatings, and plating layers.
