1. Adopting a new generation AFC (advanced flow controller) design, the carrier gas control has higher accuracy, achieving excellent reproducibility in retention time, peak area, and peak height.
All detectors in GC-2010 have been redesigned to meet the requirements of miniaturization, high sensitivity, and rapid analysis. Among them, FPD (flame photometric detector) adopts a brand new mirror full light reflection system and a condenser lens to achieve ultra-high sensitivity.
3. The new generation AFC enables the GC-2010 to meet the demanding requirements of high column head pressure (970kPa) and high carrier gas flow rate (1200mL/min) required for rapid analysis under standard configuration, allowing the host to use 0.1mm or even 0.05mm narrow caliber rapid analysis columns without adding any accessories.
4. The detector data acquisition rate of GCsolution workstation is as high as 250Hz (4msec), ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data during rapid analysis.
5. The column temperature chamber can achieve a maximum heating rate of 250 ℃/min, accelerating the outflow of analytes, meeting the heating requirements for rapid analysis, and facilitating users to age the chromatographic column.
The large LCD screen of the host and the help function of * make the operation more convenient and intuitive. All parameters including the injection port, column temperature chamber, detector, heating program, and real-time obtained chromatogram are clearly displayed in front of the user.
7. The rich self diagnostic function of the host can regularly perform self checks on circuits, gas circuits, and various consumables, and generate self check reports for engineers to maintain, thereby ensuring the lowest failure rate of the instrument.
8. The carrier gas control adopts a scheme of controlling the carrier gas line velocity that is correlated with the separation performance - Shimadzu's' carrier gas constant line velocity control method ', which can optimize the separation conditions in the shortest possible time.
To meet the requirements of complex sample analysis, the host can be equipped with 3 injection ports and 4 detectors, thus eliminating the trouble of replacing detectors. Four detectors can be detected simultaneously using GCsolution.
10.2 units of AOC-20i combined with AOC-20s can form a dual injection system. Two channels are injected simultaneously, and dual detectors are used for simultaneous detection. The sample processing book has been doubled, greatly improving efficiency and fully meeting the requirements of NY/T761-2004.
