Overview

1. Dual hydraulic power structure, with two independent systems for edge pressing power and stretching power, which can independently control the direction, speed, and thrust of motion without affecting each other.

2. Edge pressing mechanism: an independent pair of piston type hydraulic cylinders apply edge pressing thrust; Both edge pressing force and return force, as well as edge pressing speed and return speed, can be individually set and controlled.

3. Closed loop control of edge pressure, with edge pressure curve output function, pre-set multi-point edge pressure values, the system needs to have a built-in curve fitting algorithm to output smooth edge pressure and control the edge pressure mechanism to follow the curve to output edge pressure.

4. Configure a dynamic edge load balancing mechanism to ensure that the edge force is evenly distributed around the circumference.

5. Optimization of motor speed for edge pressing system, with a linear proportional relationship between speed and thrust, without the need for hydraulic water cooling system, achieving noise reduction and energy-saving emission reduction effects.

6. There are two working modes: stroke edge pressing and closed-loop edge pressing. Long press and hold the "stroke edge pressing" button to advance the edge pressing mold at a speed of 5mm/s, and release it to idle at 0.5mm/s for "closed-loop edge pressing".

8. The output signal of the direct load sensor for tensile force does not require feedback from the oil chamber pressure sensor or conversion of piston area, and there is no theoretical error in the thrust resistance of the tensile cylinder.

9. Automatic stretching shutdown mode: fixed load upper limit stretching shutdown, fixed stroke upper limit stretching shutdown, and stretching yield limit proportional shutdown.

10. Software system: remotely connect through the network port to complete all device monitoring; All experimental parameters can be set; Collect the corresponding curve of stretching displacement stretching force edge pressure and generate an EXCEL data table.

11. The zero point self calibration device for tensile displacement is used to ensure accurate collection of displacement values for low strength specification thin plates.
