The Medium Speed 3D Full Field Strain Measurement System (MSpeedDIC) is a non-contact optical measurement system designed specifically for medium dynamic processes. Its core feature is an acquisition rate ranging from several hundred to several thousand frames per second (fps), suitable for observing dynamic but non transient mechanical behaviors such as vibration, fatigue, medium speed impact, etc.

MSpeedDIC system for motion analysis of rotating spindle
MSpeedDIC is a digital image correlation (DIC) measurement system designed specifically for cyclic, fatigue, and fracture mechanical testing, as well as transient/dynamic testing applications, including:Impact and dropEarthquake simulationMotion analysislow frequency(<100Hz) vibration analysis.
due toCXP-12 or 10GigE cameras can be transferred to RAM and/or hard drive, and quasi-static (&static) testing applications can also be performed using MSpeedDIC, including:Structural testingUniaxial stretching, compression, shearing, and bendingBiaxial stretchingFLC orCreep testing.
MSpeedDIC is a complete and well-equipped DIC measurement system typically equipped with: medium speed, CXP-12 (up to 4x full bandwidth) or 10GigE (up to 8x) continuous mode cameras, tower workstations, data processors, lenses, calibration boards, lighting systems, camera mounting fixtures, and measurement tripods. MSpeedDIC is suitable for different hardware configurations, especially depending on the camera type and number of cameras.

MSpeedDIC system is used to measure strain rate in high-speed tensile tests
