NLD-3 Cement Mortar Fluidity Meter [Instructions for Use]

The NLD-3 cement mortar flowability tester is developed in cooperation between the China Academy of Building Materials Science and our company, Shanghai Leiyun Testing Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is mainly used to measure the mortar flowability values of volcanic ash silicate cement and masonry cement, in order to determine the water consumption for the standard consistency of cement mortar. It is the main testing equipment for universities, building materials, construction engineering, road transportation, and laboratories.

The production and filling methods of the sample shall comply with the relevant provisions of GB2419-2005 and GB17671-1999, or refer to the appendix of this manual.

1. Before use, please check the drop distance with a gauge.

2. Connect the plug to the corresponding hole of the counter and turn on the power to the counter.

3. If the jumping table is not used within 24 hours, jump empty for 25 cycles first.

After use, the instrument should be wiped clean to remove any residual adhesive sand around it, and the push rod, tabletop, and cam surface should be lightly lubricated with light oil. If not used for a long time, the instrument should be dust-proof and the controller should be placed in the packaging box.

If the instrument does not count, please check if the proximity switch is loose and if the gap with the cam is 1mm~2mm. If there is deviation or looseness, please adjust the gap and tighten it.
