The ZT-96 cement mortar compaction table is a new generation of equipment independently developed by Shanghai Leiyun Testing Instrument Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It is used for the unified equipment specified in the national standard "Test Method for Strength of Cement Mortar (ISO Method) GB/T 17671-1999". The cement mortar specimen forming compaction table is suitable for the compaction and forming of cement mortar specimens during preparation.

Use and maintenance of cement mortar specimen forming compaction table

1. Before operation, the positioning sleeve (as shown in Figure 1) should be removed to check if all moving parts can move freely and if the electronic control part is normal. After adding lubricating oil, the machine should be turned on and run idle until everything is normal before use. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each use.

2. Please refer to the attached diagram for electrical principles. Before turning on the power, the lock switch SW is in the closed state (i.e. the button pops up position). Press the switch and lock it, the motor runs, the electronic counter counts from zero, and stops when it reaches 60 times. Repeat the operation by pressing and placing the SW twice.

3. This circuit does not use a power transformer, and the circuit part is related to the power supply voltage. The shell must ensure safe grounding (carefully check whether the PE yellow and green wires of the power plug socket are safely grounded, rather than connecting to the power neutral wire). 4. Add lubricating oil to areas with oil cups, and apply a thin layer of engine oil to the surface of the cam to reduce wear.

5. After use, all kinds of debris on the instrument should be cleaned, kept clean, and the positioning sleeve should be placed in its original position to avoid the center position being affected by the force on the table.

6. After a period of use, if the amplitude of the instrument increases beyond the tolerance, it can be adjusted with a randomly attached washer. The specific method is to loosen the fixing screw of the stopper, remove the stopper, place the washer underneath, and tighten the fixing screw again.

7. Amplitude test:

a、 Place the randomly attached 14.7mm inspection block between the convex surface and the stopper shown in Figure "1", and manually move the cam. The cam should be in contact with the bearing.

b、 If a 15.3mm inspection block is placed using the same method, the cam and bearing should not come into contact. If the above two conditions are met, the instrument amplitude is considered qualified. Only then can work be carried out.
