The MHB-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester is an electromechanical integrated product with a precision mechanical structure and a microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. The instrument eliminates weights and uses electric loading and unloading test force. It is fed back by a pressure sensor with a precision of 0.5 ‰, controlled by a CPU, and can automatically compensate for the loss of test force during the test. The instrument is connected to an external digital micrometer eyepiece, without the need to check the meter or input the diagonal length of the indentation. It can directly display the hardness value, test force, holding time, indentation length, etc. on the LCD screen

The MHB-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester is an electromechanical integrated product with a precision mechanical structure and a microcomputer controlled closed-loop system. When operating, simply press the eyepiece button to measure the indentation, and the hardness value will be automatically calculated and displayed on the screen. The reading is accurate and the operation is convenient.
Application scope:
Suitable for hardness testing of materials such as cast iron, steel, non-ferrous metals, and soft alloys, as well as for hardness testing of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and electric wood.
