The effect of CW strong magnetic water treatment on fluids is multifaceted. Its mechanism is to treat water by cutting magnetic lines at a certain flow rate, reducing the surface tension of water through the action of the magnetic field, increasing the conductivity of ions in water, buffering the pH value to make it tend towards neutrality, and so on.

Water is a conductor. When water flows through a properly concentrated magnetic field, an electromotive force is generated, which causes the water to carry a direct current positive charge and separate from each other. This greatly reduces the surface tension of water, making it soluble. In this way, water can dissolve more soluble substances and prevent scaling
effect; The increase in water solubility also allows water to dissolve the scale that has already formed, playing a role in descaling.
Due to the effect of magnetic energy, water induces positive charges, binding excess hydrogen ions and hydroxide ions in the water, reducing pH fluctuations, and preventing electrolytic corrosion; Negative electron pipelines form cathodic protection and effectively prevent pipeline corrosion.

Under the action of an external magnetic field, water acts as an electrolyte and forms an electric current in the water. 6、 Installation position of external strong magnetic water treatment device

1、 Installation location of circulating water system:
1. The water pipe of each heat exchanger must be installed... Function: anti scaling, corrosion inhibition, and rust prevention to maintain good operation of the heat exchanger. It should be installed near the heat exchange equipment
2. The return water pipeline of each cooling tower must be installed... Function: Strengthen the treatment of the cooling water system, effectively prevent the growth of algae and fungi in the cooling tower, and install near the cooling tower
3. The water replenishment pipeline must be installed... Function: To pre treat the replenishment water entering the circulating cooling system
2、 Installation position of DC direct discharge cooling water system:
1. The inlet pipe of each heat exchanger must be installed
2. The main inlet pipe of multiple heat exchangers must be installed
3、 Installation location of steam boiler system:
1. Install on the boiler feedwater pipe as shown in Figure ⑦
2. Install boiler systems with water treatment configurations before configuration
4、 Installation location of hot water boiler system and solar heating system:
1. A system without circulating water is only installed on the inlet pipe
2. The piping system for hot water circulation must be installed on both the inlet and return pipes
5、 Industrial washing water, fountain landscape and other systems
1. Install on the inlet and circulation pipeline
2. Install non circulating pipelines in sections and zones based on the hardness of the water quality and the length of the pipeline

7、 Installation method
If stainless steel or plastic pipes are used for the installation part, the magnetic field strength on the inside of the pipe will be increased by more than twice, and the use effect will be significantly improved
To remove debris from the pipeline and intercept fallen debris, a filter with a filtration accuracy of 0.2mm or less should be installed before the inlet of the main engine
Before installation, each installation contact point on the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly, and the metal pipe surface should be polished to its natural metal color and coated with rust proof oil
When installing multiple rings, there should be a gap of at least 100mm between each ring
◎ Install as close as possible to the main protective equipment location
◎ Choose a strong magnetic water treatment device model that matches the outer diameter of the pipe
It is recommended to use multiple parallel connections for pipes with a diameter of DN300 or more, for better performance

8、 Installation precautions
Outdoor installation should pay attention to moisture prevention and prevent high temperature exposure to sunlight
◎ Copper wire jumper should be used as a bridge at the conductive position of the system (such as soft joints, etc.) (Figure ⑨). After installation, it should be ensured that the system and all equipment are reliably grounded to avoid external voltage interference with strong magnetic water
Normal operation of the processor
The operating temperature should not exceed the value indicated on the product, otherwise it will affect the performance and service life. Placing graphite sheets (2-3mm thick is recommended) on the pipe section can provide thermal insulation
The external strong magnetic water treatment device adopts * permanent magnet material, and its * magnetic field will generate great attraction. When installing, attention must be paid to installing it in place, and the magnetic group must not be disassembled at will
Avoid pinching fingers
Ensure that the installation location is not subjected to mechanical impact or shaking, and is not affected by high-frequency alternating current. Do not install in environments with corrosive effects

9、 Precautions for use
The hot water system and boiler system discharge daily; The circulating water system discharges sewage every week, and when the conductivity reaches 6000us/cm, the discharge should be strengthened
New systems or systems with less severe scaling can directly put the strong magnetic water processor into use; For systems with severe scaling, it is recommended to clean them first before putting the strong magnetic water processor into operation
Any water treatment method has limitations, and in some special environments, it can also be used in conjunction with chemical methods, and the two are complementary; The system that originally used chemical methods
After using a magnetic water processor, the amount of chemical drugs used can be reduced, and the drug performance can be more fully utilized, resulting in better effectiveness
All circulating water systems should be regularly cleaned or drained, especially for the treatment of old systems. The TDS of old systems may have an upward trend during the initial use of magnetic water processors
After installing the magnetic water processor in the boiler system, daily records of furnace body temperature, conductivity, TDS, pH value, etc. should be maintained for monitoring purposes
Do not use strong acid, strong alkali or other spraying equipment; Regularly remove surface dust
