The GCQ self-cleaning exhaust filter fully utilizes the mechanisms of steam water separation, settling, and filtration. The air in the water system is prone to corrosion and damage to equipment and components such as water pumps, boilers, heat exchangers, and refrigeration units, greatly reducing their service life and efficiency. Setting exhaust valves only at system points is not effective. When the pressure decreases, gases dissolved in water will re form bubbles, especially before the water pump, where a large amount of gas will separate out.

When the water medium enters the GCQ self-cleaning exhaust water filter, the volume expands and the flow rate drops sharply. The bubbles in the water separate and rise to the gas gathering zone, and small bubbles are adsorbed on the steam water separation device. When large bubbles are formed and rise to the gas gathering zone, they are discharged through the automatic exhaust valve. After the air is removed, the filter separates the dirt, and clean water flows into the inlet of the water pump. Due to the impact of the water pump and water flow, the vibration generated by the filter element causes residual dirt attached to the outside of the filter element to fall off, achieving self-cleaning.
