3. Instructions for using a single force balance
(1) The balance should be preheated for 40 minutes before use;
(2) During use, it should be dust-proof, moisture-proof, oil proof, and avoid severe vibration. It is strictly prohibited to touch the strain gauges;
(3) It is strictly prohibited to strike, and overloading is not allowed without safety verification calculations;
(4) The unit of each output voltage reading in the balance calibration formula is mV/V, Δ ni=ni-ni0 (where ni is the blowing reading and ni0 is the initial reading), i=FX,MY,MZ);
(5) The load unit calculated by the balance calibration formula is kg or kg · m. When converting to N or N · m, it should be multiplied by 9.80665m/s ²;
(6) Supply power according to the rated bridge voltage, otherwise measurement data correction should be carried out;
(7) The formula for calculating the balance load is in an iterative form.
