Equipment Introduction

This equipment is an automatic capping machine specially designed for the pharmaceutical, bonded and food industries. Its function is to re screw the product after screwing, while checking the quality of the screw and removing any defective products. Suitable for cylindrical and rectangular plastic bottles. In practical applications, it is usually used in conjunction with other machines, such as automatic bottle sorting machines, automatic particle counting machines, and other filling and counting devices, which are usually transitioned by conveyor belts.

² The whole machine adopts PLC control, with a touch screen interface in both Chinese and English, and clear and easy to understand operation display;

² The bottle clamp belt can be adjusted separately to make it suitable for rubbing caps on bottles of different heights and shapes;

² Parts that come into contact with bottles and caps are equipped with non-toxic synchronous belts and non-toxic capping wheels;

² The body shell is made of stainless steel 304 material, which meets GMP requirements;
