Equipment Introduction

This machine is an upgraded product of our company,A multifunctional automatic labeling machine suitable for flat, square, and oval products in the food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical, and other light industry industries.Can be used for front and rear labeling of flat bottles, square bottles, and oval bottles(As shown in Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3)The production capacity can be infinitely adjusted according to the specifications and characteristics of the bottles and labeling paper.

This labeling system can also be equipped with a series of detection systems such as code character clarity detection, barcode and QR code detection, and label confirmation. Optional data network interface for data storage, reading and management.

² Powerful functionality, one machine can achieve double-sided labeling of multiple products (flat bottles, square bottles, irregular bottles);

² High labeling accuracy, with a correction mechanism used for the tape winding, ensuring that the tape does not deviate and has good stability. The labeling is smooth, wrinkle free, and bubble free;

² Flexible application, bottle standing labeling, with automatic bottle sorting function, can be produced independently or connected to an assembly line;

² Configure a dual labeling mechanism to ensure labeling accuracy for the first time and secondary labeling, effectively eliminating bubbles and ensuring tight head and tail adhesion.

² It has the functions of no labeling for no object, automatic calibration and detection for no label;

² Equipped with fault alarm function, production counting function, power saving function (when there is no production within the set time, the equipment automatically switches to power-saving standby mode), production number setting prompt function, parameter setting protection function (parameter setting is managed by permission);
