The shell of the bus duct is generally formed by bending steel plates or using simple aluminum alloy profiles. After the busbar is processed, it should be painted with phase paint, but phase paint should not be painted in the following areas: bolt connections and support connections of the busbar, connections between the busbar and electrical appliances, and areas within 10mm of all connections. Polish the busbar joint with sandpaper, remove the oxide layer, tin it, apply electrical composite grease, and protect it for installation.
